RivallyAI is a competitor monitoring tool that tracks publicly accessible website content — including homepage copy, pricing pages, and CTAs — and notifies users of changes. We do not access any non-public, password-protected, or otherwise restricted content.
You must be at least 18 years old to use RivallyAI. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or use another person's account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we believe are being misused.
RivallyAI offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge you through Dodo Payments on a recurring basis at the rate shown at checkout.

RivallyAI is designed for strategic monitoring, not bulk data extraction. We reserve the right to limit crawling frequency if a user’s activity puts an undue load on our infrastructure or the target website. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user found in violation of these rules.
Fair Use Policy: We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel subscriptions if we detect patterns of "trial stacking" or other behaviors intended to bypass our subscription model.
All code, design, branding, and content on RivallyAI is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the service without written permission.
Scan results and competitor data generated for your account are yours to use within the platform. You may not resell or redistribute this data.
RivallyAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scan results will be complete or accurate at all times. Competitor websites may block crawlers, change structure, or update faster than our scan intervals.We are not responsible for the accuracy of the data if the competitor website uses "anti-bot" measures or changes their site structure in a way that breaks the crawler.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RivallyAI and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of RivallyAI at any time. We will try to give reasonable notice of significant changes, but we are not obligated to do so.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of RivallyAI after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through the appropriate courts of the jurisdiction where RivallyAI is operated.
